ボランティアセンターをご利用の皆様へ

この度はボランティアセンターをご利用下さってありがとうございます。お時間を割いてボランティアに来て頂いた事を心から感謝いたします。ボランティアの皆様が快適に過ごせるように以下の事にご協力頂ければ幸いです。※ご利用の詳細はスタッフが説明いたしますので、入室の際に一言お声かけ頂ければと思います。

  • 食事は各人でお願い致します。また、相部屋になる場合もありますのでご了承下さい。
  • 使用したものはきれいにしてから元の場所にきちんと戻してください。
  • 各使用した場所はきちんと掃除してください。（掃除チェック表参照）
  • ごみは原則お持ち帰りください。また、節電・節水にご協力ください。
  • 布団の上での飲食はご遠慮ください。
  • 貴重品等などの大切なものは個人でしっかりと管理お願いします。
  • 火器取り扱いはご注意願います。

スタッフに一声かけてください

  • 入室、退室の際。
  • 滞在期間の詳細や変更などがあった場合。
  • シーツや布団ご利用の際。

お出かけの際は

  • 戸締り、電気、ガスなどのスイッチのご確認をお願いします。
  • テーブルやフロア等の荷物の整理・整頓をお願いします。
  • お部屋の鍵は必ず指定されたポストへ入れてからお出かけ下さい。

お帰りの際は

  • お忘れ物がないようにご確認お願いします。
  • 冷蔵庫をご利用になった方は必ず冷蔵庫を空にして下さい。

禁止事項

  • 夜８時以降は大声で賛美や楽器の演奏はしないで下さい。電話や会話も控えめの音量でお願いします。※過去に周囲の民家から騒音の事で苦情がありました。
  • 敷地内は禁煙・禁酒です。ご協力お願い致します。

Instructions for Using the Volunteer Center (Hope House)

Thank you very much for using the Hope House.  We are thankful that you chose to use your time to volunteer.  To help things go smoothly, please follow the instructions below.  v Please contact the staff when you arrive at the Hope House, and they will explain the rules and expectations.  Feel free to ask any questions you have at that time.

  • You are responsible for your own food.
  • Understand that sometimes multiple groups will be staying at Hope House.
  • Clean and return anything you use to where it belongs such as plates, silverware, futons, etc.
  • Clean up the areas of the Hope House that you use. (Refer to cleaning list)
  • Take all of your trash with you when you depart.  Also, please make every effort to conserve electricity and water.
  • Do not eat or drink on the futons.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Be careful with the heaters, stoves, and toaster ovens.

Please contact the staff at the following times:

  • When you arrival and depart
  • If your length of stay or group size changes
  • If you are using the sheets or futons

Instructions for when you leave for the day

  • Double check that the door is locked and that the lights and gas are off.
  • Straighten up the rooms and organize your baggage.
  • After locking the door, place the key in the post box on the Hope House.

Instructions for when you return home

  • Be careful not to leave anything behind.
  • If you used the refrigerator, be sure clean it out.

Important Rules

  • After 8 PM, do not do anything in a loud voice (including worship).  Also do not have conversations or make phone calls outside. In the past we have had complaints from neighbors.
  • No smoking or alcohol at the Hope House or church property.
